Casing

The plastic filter casing is made of impact-resistant polymer.

Filter casing material does not cause spark formation that is important when working in an atmosphere with a high organic and inorganic gases and vapors concentration (СН4, H2S, Н2, petroleum derivatives, HNO3 synthesis and others).

It is not deformed and the dents are not formed during mechanical action, gas penetration is excluded.

Application and Instructions

The gas filters FRPA-G are intended for air cleaning from vapour and gaseous harmful substances.

The gas filters FRPA-G are used at gas (vapour) concentration up to 0.1% of volume (1000 ppm).

FRPA-G A1 filter

Purpose: Purification (adsorption) of inhaled air from vapors of organic substances with a boiling point above 60°С (petrol, kerosene, toluene, ethylchloride, carbon sulphide, spirits, ketones, phenyl hydride and its homologous compounds, nitro- and amine - compounds, ethers and others).
Area of application: All kinds of paint and varnish works in engineering, shipbuilding, production and use of dyes, varnishes, adhesives and resins, handling with petroleum products, agriculture, hospitals.

FRPA-G E1 filter

Purpose: Purification (chemosorption) of inhaled air from acidic gases and acid fumes (sulphur dioxide, chlorhydric, dipping, azotic, ethanoic acids, chlorous, bromous, fluorous carbons).
Area of application: Chemical production with the use of acids, electrolytic processes, acid etching, metal engraving, agrochemistry.

FRPA-G K1 filter

Purpose: Purification (chemosorption) of air from ammonia and its organic derivatives.
Area of application: Ammonia synthesis, maintenance of refrigeration equipment, agrochemistry. All components of the filter are made from a polymeric material that makes it easy to utilize them by recycling.

FRPA-G АВЕК1 FILTER

Purpose:purification (adsorption, chemisorption) of inhaled air from vapors of organic substances with a boiling point over 60°C, from inorganic gases (chlorine, fluorine, bromine, sulfur hydride, etc., except carbon monoxide CO), from acid gases and acid vapors, from ammonia and its organic derivatives, from aerosols.
Area of application:all types of work related to the production of dyes, adhesives, resins, paints and varnishes. Spray staining. Electrolysis production, acid cleaning, etching and engraving of metals, in the aftermath of emergencies.

Certification

The gas filters FRPA-G comply with ‘Technical Regulations for Personal Protective Equipment’, approved by the Decree No. 761 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, August 27, 2008.

Certification in the UkrSEPRO system.

Conclusion of National sanitary-epidemiological expertise at Ministry of Health Care in Ukraine.
